The Utility Buttpack in DayZ has the same number of slots as the Field Vest, but it can be connected to the Assault Vest to increase your inventory space. Once the two are combined, you can even equip another backpack on your back. Furthermore, the combined pack and vest can be worn with any type of ghillie body.
